Monitor no display, mouse works but keyboard doesnt

My computer would not turn on, fans, lights, wires, are all perfectly fine, but the monitor would display no signal, and the mouse works but the keyboard doesn't, I also tried all the sub plug in for the keyboard, but it just doesn't work. I tried the solution where you remove ram, cmo for a few minutes, didn't work for me. I've also tried removing power cord and pressing the on button for a minute, still doesn't work.
-My monitor doesn't display and says no signal and would enter power saving mode. The vga wire is perfectly fine

-The mouse is working, but the keyboard doesn't work, I've tried the keyboard on other devices, and it works fine, but doesn't know why it doesn't light up on PC

please help me
