Can't log in.

Hello,

I can't open my facebook. All it says that it's temporary locked because of safety issues of my account, actually because of phishing.Then I do the safety check. After that all i have to confirm and choose a method to confirm my identity. But I can't click on anything. It just says hourly limit exceeded.
