Cpu usage problem.

Hello,
Right now there's nothing else taking up my cpu's time except "devices.exe" which is hogging all of it. What could be going on and what could I do?

Run antivirus scan and also use antispyware apps too....suggest Spybot S&D, Superantispyware, and Malwarebytes.
