Plz plz plz help with the sims 2

Hello,
everything goes good until it ask for the code on the back of the box and then i enter 20 million times and it tells its wrong and exits i downloaded it on my labtop but i broke the screen and now it wont let dowload it on the big computer when it asks for the code it tells me its wrong plz help

if the version installed is the same as the boxed one then the key shouldn't have any issues, however if you installed any sims addon packs then the key will be different. All i can suggest is you double check the serial and try zeros where it appears as O or vice versa, which is a typical issue most people make.
