Need to restore windows 7 or fix windows 10

Hello,

I've been searching the web for a while now haven't really seen anything like mine well i don't think so. I downloaded windows 10 ISO and everything went fine till i get to the logo and then my mouse wouldn't work neither my keyboard each time i restarted my computer it either came up with lines of avg watchdog, recovery option but again i couldn't click either advanced options or restart and then last it came up with a black screen and cursor So any help either getting it back to windows 7 would be good or to even fix this problem would be awesome!

So help would be grateful please thank you for taking your time to read and help out!

What is the make and model of your machine?

It's a dell desktop not sure what model though?

Hi

Considering your issue, you may wish to try to restore to factory out of the box setting. Mind you, all of your data will be lost.

I wish I could help you more but I don't see another solution at this time.

Thank you for replying to me. Also i've just read this i've tried pressing f8 a number of times and it wouldn't go to the advanced options just not sure what to do? Should i change the hard drive with another as i do believe this windows 10 could be glitch. Thank you for having a look into it and reply when you can.

Since you did get Windows 10 as an ISO rather than a direct download from Microsoft, yes it could be glitch. Other than restoring to factory settings which has not worked, I don't know what else to suggest. Windows 10 is relatively new and not all debugging solutions have been found.
