External hard drive damage due to virus

Hello,
my external hard drive cannot open in any computer due to virus. firstly it was open but cannot copy data but now it is completely infected and cannot show the storage. I use chkdsk command but it show unreadable file and cannot open. All of my important data present in it including documents. what can i do now? please tell me the solution of it. can i recover my data?

# Download USB Fix
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.

  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
    Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.

no it can't solve my problem because drives storage can't show

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again
