on windows xp
settings
start-->controll panel-->phone /modem-->modem-->properties-->dignosis-->query modem-->wait for some times
advanced -->ok--.close
modem detect
then go to crete new connection
start-->control pannel-->network connection-->dial up network -->make new connection -->write connection name mobile office-->device field-->next--.dial up no-->*99#-->next continue-->finish
