Dont send promt window appears again N again

Hello,
Hi I'm facing problem with my PC for one month. Every time, when i open a particular drive, a promt window which contains "send error report" and "don't send" buttons. If i press any of that buttons, my system hangs up. I didn't face this kind of problem any time. other drives are working properly. I,m using Windows XP. Plz help me how to resolve this problem.

Configuration: Mozilla 1.7.8

Hi,
try to do a system restore.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
select a date when these problems were not yet encountered.
Or if you are getting these problems after installing any sotware, uninstall it.

I didn't install any software before getting this. But i copied some file from pen drive into that particular drive wherein i'm getting this "send error report","dont send" prompt window. when i got this promt window i'm just clicking on Dont send button then automatically that main window with which i'm working is being closed. this problem occuring again N again. I dont know what should i do? any way i will try this solution. Thank thank verrrrrry much for providing this solution.....
