Help with accounts for itunes!

I just got an ipod touch and I have to download new software on my windows vista computer, for itunes.
There are two accounts. One administrater and one standard. In order to download the software it says I have to be logged in as an administrater but I cant find my other acount at the homepage(where you log in) and when i go to switch user, the other account is not there. I need to download this version of itunes. Any help?

Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,
try to press Alt+Ctrl+del, check if you get the option to log off.
or press the windows key+L on your keyboard to log off, then you should be able to select the accounts.
