CPU clock speed question
Last answer on Apr 11, 2009 1:12:32 pm BST ethan5, on Apr 10, 2009 6:46:08 pm BSTHello,
It might be a stupid question but, in the light of my m/board details saying that the maximum clock speed supported, of a Pentium 4 cpu, would be a 2.2 GHz 400/533 FSB S478. Have I no hope of putting in a P4 3.06 GHz FSB 533 S478 and making it work? I would just like to speed things up a bit.
Thanks for your time.
Configuration: Windows XP Safari 525.19
