CPU clock speed question

Hello,
It might be a stupid question but, in the light of my m/board details saying that the maximum clock speed supported, of a Pentium 4 cpu, would be a 2.2 GHz 400/533 FSB S478. Have I no hope of putting in a P4 3.06 GHz FSB 533 S478 and making it work? I would just like to speed things up a bit.

You can change your Processor.. adding a faster one.. because if supports the socket 478
