HELLO CAN I PLAY GTA 4

Hello, i was wondering if my laptop will run gta 4 at all the specs are:
AMD Sempron(tm) SI-40 2.00 GHz
2.7 GB ram
Windows Vista Home Basic Edition, 32-bit
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics 1.4 GB
Would this run gta iv, not at full settings but run it without too much lag please help.

I'd guess you'd be lucky to play it at 10fps at 800x600 on that rig in medium/low
