Can't Install Symantec Anti Virus

Hallo, I have a problem and need your advise.

I can't install Symantec Anti Virus at Dell Dimension 8200. What the problem with my PC?
Is there infected Virus already? and How to solve this problem. Is it need to re-format again?

Hi,
check if you can enter any antivirus website such as AVG, Kaspersky, etc.
if you cannot, then this is a virus!
try this link to download the Troan Remover software:
http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/?Mot=trojan+remover&cat=
this will solve your problem.
