Canonip2770 won't print black

Hello,

I'm having the same problem, my canonip 2770 won't print black even though the ink tank is full, I already checked the both cartridges, do cleaning and deep cleaning and even power cycled my printer but nothing happens. Can anyone help me please i don't know what to do anymore. Thanks in advance.

Hello jvdisk

When you have this problem, and the solution is not clean the head, or injectors, i think the help here is... clean the ink injectors but manualy.

1. Put the cartridge in some water (boiled water)
2. Leave the cartridge approximately 20 minutes
3. Then proceed to remove the cartridge from the water without cleaning
