My son keeps his games on this Cruzer with no problems till the other day. He ask me to put a new mod on the Cruzer I download it to the Cruzer. As I finish I acidentally hit delete on a Xbox 360 folder. That folder had his GTA 5 and something else in it. He is really upset had all the best cars and so forth so please help. So as I hit delte he says no I need that. There was 32 files at this time the last 24 files were dissapearing and leaving 8 files left to delte. I hit the but that looks like a half circle to undue what I had just did. he in the mean time rips it out of the computer I'm using Linux. He puts it in the xbox it don't see any files. In the computer you can see all 32 files and see the amout used in each file now. And somewhre on teh xbox he says he can see the number of files uses too but when i looked at the xbox it had a 0 next to all the things to do with the cruzer. So it seems the files are still there but can't be read When you look on the computer at the cruzer information it says
Name 32GB Thumb Drive:32Gb Volume
Type: Folder (inode/directory)
Contents- 33 items totalling 32.0GB
Volume 32GB Volume
Free Space 25.9 MB
Total Capasity 32GB 32GB used 25.9MB Free File system MS Dos
Is this the right file type right MSDOS? Also I tried to take the file from my computer that are under Media/XBox 360 That is what they were named the ones I deleted and put the first 8 on another memory stick that is formatted for xbox and they did show the files in my computer as well but not the xbox.
I seen a solution for a similiar problem but don't want to do it if it is going to wipe the Cruzer clean, and if it is not the problem. Here it is Rt click Computer--Choose Mangae--Click on Disk Management--Rt click Thumbdrive(which if you will notice Thumbdrive is mention on the disc information)---select change letter and path--change drive letter this was for nonworking memory sticks. Not deleted ones.

xbox has it,s own file format otherwise you could download to a flash drive from your pc then transfer it to xbox afraid not---i have xbox 360 using a network bridge connection to the xbox through my pc get a cat 5 cable and join the 2 together then configure the network so xbox sees it

The Cruzer was already configured by xbox on their confiqure page for Cruzer and the usb was already working I went to add more files to it and not the files can't be read. So I'm not sure what your saying would help.

But I would like to know their format because I di notice the files on the cuzer are now in msdos it says under filesystem as you look at the properties of the cruzer is it possible the files were converted to computer files and need to be changed back to xbox files? If so how would that be done?
