Hi

"hkcmd.exe" is Intel's "extreme" grahics hot key interceptor.
If you don't use the Intel hotkeys, you can disable it
  • go to Control Panel
    • Intel Extreme Graphics
      • Hot Keys and turn them off.

Disable hkcmd.exe in startup
  • go to task manager.
  • hit the startup tab.
  • find hkcmd.exe and disable it.
