Computer powers up but windows wont losd

Hello, I ran a diagnosis on the dell computer under windows wont load.
I got two error messeges :
IDE DISK S/N=Y21L4K2C
error code ofoo:0244
message block 4384694.....uncorrectable data error or media

IDE DISK S/N = Y21L4K2C
ERROR CODE OFOO: 1A44
MESSAGE BLOCK 4384694

CAN SOME ONE HELP
windows xp

It looks like you need a new hard disk. While bad blocks on the disk can be bypassed by repair programs. It's inevitable that more blocks will fail in the future. If the Dell computer is still under warranty they will send you a new disk. If you remove the disk and use a USB adapter you can copy your data to another computer.
