hi guys

can you please help me with my Bluetooth usb when i connect to my laptop it gives me a message says that one of attached usb has multifunction, i tried to uninstall from device manager , still give the same problem and i tried to update the drivers is up to date and i try to unplug a power supply and take out a battery still give the same problem

anyone with solution please help me i cant use my Bluetooth mouse
