How to connect internet from ma iphone to pc

Hello,

This is Manjunath, i have iphone and pc. i am not able to connect internet from mobile to pc. i have done all settings in iphone ex:
settings
personal hotspot : on

then too i am not able to connect when i check ma pc its not detecting the network may i know the issue..

Apple says: "To use this feature, enable Personal Hotspot on your cellular data plan. Contact your carrier for information and pricing."

So your carrier must support this feature and you need to pay for it.
