Plugged in my WD ext hard drive and it made a tone/jingle sound but can't find the device on my computer. It has appeared in the past but some of the PDF folders couldn't be opened. Now I can't access any data. Can you help?

Hi,

Most probably your disk connecting cable may be damaged. Kindly replace it with another one and check it. You will get solution.
