Web browser not opening the webpages

hello,I have my HP laptop with OS Windows 7. it has a problem of not opening the webpages whatever the website and whatever browser I use. I've with wireless and with LAN networks which are. strong but without any change.
Can. you please help me?

What is the network location set to. If you have never set a network location, set one(work, home, public).

Try that first!
