Can you install belkins wifi adaptor with out internet or a disc

can you install belkins wifi adaptor with out internet or a disc .. i dont have either but i have a mobile hot spot an need to install the wifi adaptor an have no disc or way to get internet on my pc till i get wifi adaptor installed plz help

Your can download the software to a flash drive using another connected PC. Then install the adapter software from the flash drive.
