Hello, this thought just came to my head when I read this after my toshiba laptop broke,
If you stole a password protected PC, then u can just hold the 0 key to reset the stolen PC to factory settings so u can have a PC for yourself, isn't that a bad idea?!?!?!

Toshiba gets to sell you a NEW laptop after yours is stolen. Why would they give you a GOOD way to secure/recover your old one?
