Dell inspiron when turned on BSOD

Hello, my dell inspiron 1521 when I turn it on it shows the DELL logo and goes to a blue screen that says there is a problem then goes to s black screen at the bottom it says repairing disk and that's it how do I fix this

What is your operating system?

Can you boot in safe mode?

/windows-8-547 windows 8] and at the bottom of the screen it says repairing disk errors and its got the little blue window above that I cannot figure out how to get to safe mode

To get into safe mode, as soon as it shows the Dell logo:

From the Start Screen, press the Windows key + C to access the Charm Bar.
Click on "Change PC settings".
For Windows 8 : Go to the General section > Advance Start up > Restart Now.
