Hello,

When ever I right-click the folder in my portable HD I get an error that closes all of my folders that are open, from the HD or not, and I get an error that says this: Error signature: AppName explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512 MadName: gplmpgdec.ax MadVer: 0.1.2.0 Offset: 00008134. It only happens when I open or right-click the folder that has all my movies in it. There are three other folders on my HD and none of them do this. It's really annoying because I want to watch a movie I have to pick it out very fast before the folder shuts down. Could it have something to do with having 590G worth of movies?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.7

Hi,
this may be due to a virus, run an updated anti-virus to clean the HDD.
or if it is not due to a virus, then run a check disk to fix errors on the disk.
you may defragment it also but this wont fix problems on it, it will only arrange your files.
