Pen drive is not accessiable

when i connect my transcend pen drive then it give sound but not show in my laptop but when i connect in another laptop then it show but when i click on it then there is error that pls insert a disk into removable disk.i try transcend recovery tool .

After plugging the pendrive in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the pendrive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again
