Have you checked your cabling?
Have you tried to plug to another monitor? If the other monitor does not work, you could have a graphic card issue.

There is no problem in my monitor, the real problem is when i press the ups button, cpu starts automatically and the light stays red, no green light and no display appears but the cpu fans are working

it happens when i reassembled the pins in the motherboard
i have not installed any antivirus
