Laptop not start

my toshiba laptop is not starting..i press power button and toshiba welcome screen show but my laptop again off and again starting up..but wouldn't proper start..
i think its check disk problem but not sure..
please resolve as soon as..
i can't connect my hard drive to another laptop so please give some suggestion.

Hey
have you tried it in safe mode ? if yes
try it to start up from windows OS CD

if it just keeps on and off again you should check for all your hardware are firmly installed on your pc


other than this might be from power problem
