My computer does not display anything except the wallpaper

Hello, i have tried many things but nothings working.....
i have to complete a very important project and my computer has been stuck at the very right time...... hope you understand guys
Plzzzzzzzzzz help me out

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL

select task manager

go to file > run

type explorer.exe and press OK.
