Dual boot

Hello,

If i want to use dual boot system on my pc Windows and linux which one should i install first ??
Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.14

now a days we have new technology virtualization,,,,,,dont go for dual boot,,
install work station on ur windows ,then u can install linux on windows os also,,,that is better way,,,,,,,if any dout u mail me i will give u clarifications

in goggle u type down load vmware workstation u will get a trial version of work station for one month,,for one mail id they will give for 30 daysu install it and in help u will get how to install guest os on work station
