Hello,

Try this 1

Try clearing CMOS settings.

Turn OFF your computer --> Remove the Power chord --> Open the cabinet -->

Look for CMOS battery --> After few minutes, place the CMOS battery back on the

motherboard --> Connect your power chord --> Switch ON your PC.

Click on the below hyperlink "CMOS Battery" if you don't have any idea about the

CMOS battery

CMOS Battery

Good Luck

i have followed your instructions and it did not work. When I opened the cabinet, there was only one round battery, nothing like the one in the picture of the CMOS. There was an empty spot where it looked like one should be there. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you for your time.
