Virus (XXqMlit.exe and PtjkdMr.exe)

Please does any one have idea on how to remove this viruses ( XXqMlit.exe and PtjkdMr.exe) from the C: drive and totally from all storage.........i have Mcafee antivirus installed on the system but does not seems to detect it as threats,i need an urgent solution.
