Hello,
when i launch on to my driver detective on my gateway xp computer desktop there is a message states that there is a problem and need to close it and ask to tell micorsoft about this problem. it have created a error report that you can send to help us improve driver detective;how and when can this problem be solved and lanuch back on my desktop the way i purchase it.

hi,
this may be an error in the driver software application.
download it again from another website if possible.
if the problem persists, update your windows installer.
