Hello, sir i am using a bsnl modem one time i switch off the wifi 
but still i cannot login the page to turn on it so the password changed 
how to recover this problem can i could reset and reconfigure the modum




Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 33.0.1750.154

Ok, well, access a command prompt:
 through start-run-cmd
  Type ipconfig /all

Take note of the gateway address

Open a browser and type in the gateway address, what happens?

sir i forgot the password to login what did i do
is any damages ossur when i reset the modem

Well, in that case, contact your ISP, you are paying for their support, as I do not get any payment, and I really have no care whether you consume "THEIR" bandwidth.  Your ISP is the only that wants you to continue to use their services, so use their services and contact tech support.
