I have a acer aspire one laptop. It is windows 7 32bit laptop. Recently i experienced blue screen stop code error : 0x000000F4 ( 0x0000003, 0xA2B49040, oxA2B49EAC, 0x81C2BCB0) --> I wrote this in haste so it may appear wrong, but i am definitely sure about the 0x00000F4 error. I cant do system restore, nor can i go into safe mode to try to repair the problem(s). I cant even go to command prompt to do a scan disk check. Also with no recovery disk or usb flash drive, I am at lost at how to solve this problem. What can i do?

Hello,

how often does the BSOD happen?

Can you boot in to Windows?

Can you get in to safemode? (on boot up keep pressing F8 and select Safe Mode).

does this apply to you: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2675806/0x000000f4-stop-error-when-you-try-to-start-a-clickonce-application-in

If your PC boots up and stays fine in Safe Mode then report back.

It won't allow me to get into safe mode. It restarts then immediately blue screen appears. I attempted the safe mode method several times. Attempted system restore to prior date, result is unsuccessful. I tried thru prompt command run a scan disk now but it says it's still running the auto repair scan and says restart to start it. I am at loss.

Can you keep pressing F8 and try "disable automatic restart on system failure".
