I want to know the name of software which can automatically check & delete USB / Pen drive related virus.

The best way to keep ur pendrive virus free is just use good anti virus updating regularlly and scan it before use.
because i havent seen any efficient software available.

use some tricks not to run virus on ur system from pendrive.

1. always open pendrive from selecting address bar.

2. if it contains virus, most of time its icon contains folder icon rather than drive icon.
