Automaticly delete steps:
You can configure Avast to automatically delete scan logs after a predefined number of days:
Open the Avast main menu, ckick on Settings> Maintenance tab
In the right pane, you'll have the Auto-Cleanup section.
Simply enter the number of days for "Delete scan logs older than"

And to delete your logs follow this

Step 1
Press "Windows-Q," type "Avast" (without quotes) and select the Avast application that you want to delete the scan logs from.
Step 2
Select the "Maintenance" tab and click the "Scan Logs" side tab.

Step 3
Select a scan log from the "Completed Scans" section, using the "Date" field as a reference to determine how old each scan log is.
Step 4
Click "Delete Log" to remove the selected scan log from your computer.
