How do I heal Virus with AVG Anti Virus

I want to know how do I heal a virus in my virus vault with AVG Anti Virus program how do I remove them?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.6

Hi,
you need an updated anti-virus software.
then you just need to do a scan of your computer.
you can select the files and folders you want the software to scan.
this anti-virus will automatically detect the threats and will remove them.
