Facebook hacked?

I think that someone is using my facebook account. It keeps reporting pictures and groups that I've never seen or heard of before. It kicked a friend off of a couple groups a few days ago. It hasn't changed my account settings or posted anything though. I've tried reporting it and securing my account through Facebook. I ran virus scans. Nothing is working. The only way it stops is if I deactivate the account. Any help?
