Bios problem

Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 2650 Running Windows XP.I need to know because I try to watch a DVD and after a while the picture stutters and sometimes pops up an error that says You probably disable BIOS caching or shadowing.


Can someone please help me ?

open bios try to set default setting in the exit menu and let me know wat happen
