Window explorer doesnt respond

Hello,
Thanks for the good work being done in here.
Pls i was using my p.c(window xp)without UPS due to d fault it recently developed when suddenly the electric power source went off. When i wil restart my PC this dialogue box came up saying 'windows explorer encounter a problem and window needs to close'. I cant get any access to my files or application on the p.c. I also tried to get through safe mode but it still the same thing. Please help me out cuz am really fed up..

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your laptop, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options Menu" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc"

key and keep tapping the F8 key)

2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".

If the problem still exists then follow the step 1 and select the option "Safe Mode

with Command Prompt". Let me know if you are still able to boot into it
