Hello,
I recently bought a 300gb hdd as a second hard drive for my laptop.

Going through proper process but it seems to be stuck on 4% formatting forever.

Any ideas?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Safari 525.19

I would try to format it on another computer and if not successful return the drive and get a replacement. If you can not return it you can try this low level format tool - it will quickly bypass bad blocks/sectors on your drive. Good Luck
