my ego laptop do not working speaker and headpone . how can i slove this problem?

Hi dulen doley,

The problem can be with the Windows Operating System or the Audio Hardware in the computer such as the headphone jack, motherboard or headphones itself. Please try the below mentioned steps and check if this fixes the problem:

1. Run the "Windows Audio Playback Diagnose and Repair" from the MS FIX-IT by. To get to the MS FIX-IT page click here.
2. Check the Audio Jacks, Speakers and audio cables for damage.
3. Check for Hardware or Software Configuration Changes in Windows Operating System.
4. Download and Install the Latest Audio Drivers from support website of the Laptop.
5. Test known good head phones or external speakers. If passes, Replace Speakers only.
