Hi guys,

I have a problem with my LCD, so it shut off when the CPU is on. Firstly I solved that problem by pressing the power button longer, but that solution does not work anymore. I try something, I turn on the LCD without the cable connecting it to CPU, and it was great but when I plug the cable to the LCD it suddenly shut off. So right now I cannot use my computer b'coz of the LCD. So what's the problem and how to solve it guys? Your help would be very useful.. thanks

Replace the monitor cable as i strongly suspect that it would be the cause. To ensure yourself, try connecting LCD to different PC and see if it throws the same problem.

Motherboard could also go bad and needs to be replaced if the above step didn't helps you. Below is the relevant thread that might helps you in troubleshooting your problem.
