Restart windows download

Hello,
i did a factory reset on my sony vaio. now it has said that the operating system not found, i f2 and shut down, turn it back on now it says windows download has faild to restart windows download. how do i do that????????

install windows in laptop again because windows is corrupted or may be hard disk cause so check your laptop to computer shop now.
