Hello,
Try this 1
Go to your manufacture's website, download the audio drivers and install it.
If the problem still exists then install the "Chipset" drivers first and then install
the audio drivers.

where do i find manufactures etc its eary morning should be in bed i ve been trying to figure this out for days now... manufactures is dell i thing ok il l try thank you
