Hello,

Try this 1

1) Go to CMOS settings and set the first boot device to "Hard drive" --> Save

the settings and exist from it.

2) When you switch ON your laptop, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options Menu" ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and

keep tapping the F8 key)

Let me know if you are able to get the "Windows Advanced Options Menu".

Let me also know your "Operating System" and do you have OS DVD with you?

Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
Open your Drive --> Place the Windows 7 DVD --> Now this time go to CMOS settings and set the first boot device as "DVD drive" --> Save the settings and exist from it. Let me know if you notice your DVD drive activity like booting from the DVD.
