All my folders changed into shortcuts

Hello,

pls help'
all my folders in my hard drive had changed into shortcuts,i had followed d jack4rall method n it worked 4 half of d folders,d other half r still shortcuts.n also d $RECYCLE.BIN also popped up and cant b deleted.and ders 'system volume information' folder,'password' folder, n i dunno wat dese r for.wen i try to open dem 'jiafuvx,exe' something shows up..i hope u understand my problem hea,m nt realli gud at understanding or explaining dese things...pls help
