Toshiba keeps shutting down, win 7

Hello,
everyone help me, please?
I dont use english as my native language since I'm indonesian
so here it is the problem:

* Everytime I try to turn on my toshiba it keeps back shutting down (I keep the battery & power cable plugged in)

I have tried several tips e.g. hold the power button for a few minutes to drain the residual charges while I took the battery and power cable off.

Hello,

Try this 1

May be overheating is resulting in auto shutdown. Clean all the vents, blow out

with canned air. Never run your laptop on bag & bed. Laptop Sides, back and

bottom must be clear.
