How do i make my computer read my disk

Hello,
how do i make my computer read my disk i put it in and it didnt read it i right clicked and the d drive and pressed explore but seriously it just pops up the same thing just lthe d drive is on the side what good is that goin to do

Hi,
it may be that the disk drive is faulty.
try using a lense cleaner and if the problem persists, you will have to change it for a new one.
