Xp pc not booting normal mode,no problem safe

My NOT WORKING NORMAL MODE,BUT IT WORKING SAFE MODE,I TRIED RESTORE ,REPAIR OS NOT SOLVE PROBLEM,HELP ME THE MATTER

Configuration: Windows XP
